How to getting to Hua Hin

There are many ways to get around in Hua Hin, There are numerous motorcycle taxis and tuk-tuks, fewer car taxis. There are quite a lot of upscale tourists in Hua Hin and prices are sometimes adjusted upwards. Better to clarify the matter ahead of time. Motorcycle rentals are readily available. Hua Hin is very flat, and bicycle is a good way to get around locally. Rentals available.

By Car

Around 280 km getting to Hua Hin City.Starting from the Highway 35 (Thonburi - Pak Tho) passing Samutsakhon, Samutsongkram and turn left through the Highway 4 (Phetchakasem Road) going to Phetchaburi into Prachuab Kiri Khan covering about 4 hours.

By Bus

From the Southern Bus Terminal, There are 1st class and 2nd class air-conditioned buses as well as non-air-conditioned buses daily at your choices to destination such as Bangkok - Hua Hin, Bangkok - Pranburi (about 4 hours) and Bangkok - Bang Saphan (about 5 hours).

By Train

From Hua Lamphong Railway Station, There are various southern trains that stop at such station as Hua Hin; Ban Krud; Bang Saphan. One-day tour programs by train on holidays are also available.

By Air

Bangkok Airways operates round-trip flights for Bangkok - Hua Hin - Bangkok daily, taking Hua Hin daily, taking about 1 hour.

By boat
There used to be a ferry between Pattaya and Hua Hin, but it stopped running in Dec., 2011.
